Outline of the Plan
We are going to renovate a series of shop-house buildings in front of Miyanoshita station, Hakone Tozan Railway. These buildings look like one-storied buildings seen from the street, but they are two or three-storied buildings seen from the cliff under.  We are going to dismantle and remove one of the buildings, and make the space into Patio (a courtyard), so as to use surrounding buildings as one body.

This space will be used as a place for all the people to get together socially. There is a foot bath filled with natural hot spring.
